After an apprenticeship my entrepreneur existence start at the age of 19. As a serial entrepreneur I founded different companys in the field of service deliverys, Web 2.0 and Digital Enterprise (i.e. aquarent AG, Xia Equity AG).
After winning the prestigious award "NYT Young Entrepreneur of the year" in 2001, I accompanied different leading industry companys (i.e. BNP Paribas, Warburg Pincus) in digital development processes, where I had the incredible opportunity to turn organizational goals into practical, creative, and strategic solutions.
Back on the entrepreneur track I founded in 2007 the Xia Equity AG, which was sold only a few months later via an asset deal. Till today this exit is called one of the fastest exits – not highest ;-) - in Germany.
My passion and skills are clearly within the field of building organizations, digital development and eCommerce, combined with leadership and a "hands on" mentality
